NIE and Residency
The NIE number, also known as Número de Identificación de Extranjeros, is a document you will need to pay taxes in Spain when buying or inheriting a property or setting up a company.
Our firm will be happy to assist you in obtaining your NIE. If you have instructed us to act on your behalf in the purchase of a property or an inheritance, we will apply for the NIE for you. If you only need a NIE number and would like us to apply for it for you, you can sign a Power of Attorney in our favour or, alternatively, we will be happy to accompany you to the immigration office.
In addition to obtaining the NIE, we are at your disposal to obtain your residence card or TIE.
We will assist you throughout the process, manage your documentation, book your appointment and accompany you to the immigration office to obtain your residency card.
